Nordstrom: Dresssing Room of The Future
Bishop Fixture was honored to support the University of Minnesota design students in bringing to life their innovative "Changing Room of The Future" concept for Nordstrom. The concept blended a beautiful veneered freestanding dressing room with automation, omnichannel shopping, private pass-through doors for clothing swaps, customized lighting and Stylmark's backlit mirrors.
The Challenge:
The PAVE RetailX Student Design Challenge is a project that brings together some of the best student design talent with store fixture manufacturers and their retail brand clients.
The clients present real-life design problems to the students who, in turn, must address these problems. The best designs are chosen and are built by the manufacturers to be displayed within a prominent exhibit at the RetailX trade show in Chicago.
